Before your family joins.
Who can be included?
Up to five family members can be registered under one membership. If the person purchasing the plan also wants consultations, they count as one of the five.
How many consultations does each person receive?
Each registered member can book four private consultations during the membership year: an initial consultation and three quarterly reviews. For five members, that is up to 20 consultations in total.
How long is each consultation?
Each consultation is planned as a 45-minute online session. Appointment dates and times are agreed in advance.
What does WhatsApp support cover?
WhatsApp support covers brief clarifications and follow-up questions between consultations. Detailed new concerns are discussed in a booked session. You can expect a WhatsApp reply within 2–6 hours.
Can families outside India join?
Yes. Consultations are online. Please share your country, city and time zone when enquiring so appointment options and payment details can be confirmed.
When does the membership begin?
Your family’s 365-day membership begins on an agreed start date. Consultations are scheduled within that membership year. Booking and rescheduling terms are confirmed before payment.
Are family conversations kept private?
Yes. Each member’s consultation and personal messages remain private, including when another family member pays for the membership.
Are gemstones or other paid remedies included?
The membership covers consultations and WhatsApp follow-up support. Gemstones, jewellery and other separately paid products or services are charged separately.
What happens to unused sessions?
All consultations are to be used within your family’s agreed 365-day membership period. Please book quarterly reviews in advance; unused sessions do not automatically carry into a renewed membership.
